CheatAngine doesn't work for this (same effect but not acces).{:5_132:}
To obtain it you need the admin help or find a give command and other bug {:5_156:}

Ye, but you can obtain the same effect. Just use Cheat Engine for boost your stat at 12. {:5_139:}
