can somebody help me everytime i try to buy  a skin i dont get the file what i do wrong !?

@ Dylan, What do you mean? If you do not get the file it means you cannot buy the skin, so you couldn't have bought the skin. If you cannot load it in the skinmaker either there could be the following problems:
1. The skin contains parts which are not in your server's database yet (such as newyear dragon skins)
2. The skin file is actually damaged.

THe only solution I can think of for this problem is converting the skin, that perhaps could help loading/buying it. If not, I'm not sure what the problem is. Than it would be an actually damaged file.

i actually bought the skin but i come at a other site without file
