How to sign up and play Korea GetAmped?

Well , I'm same as all of you here . Amazed by the accessories and exclusive outfits that only existed in GetAmped Korean server {:4_88:}

So... any professionals here knows how to SignUp at WindySoft for a GetAmped Korean game account? Because currently I'm not in Korea , like most of you here , and can't even access their website {:4_86:}

#I already downloaded and installed GetAmped Korea using my own ways of course :P If you're interested I can teach you . Now I just need the WindySoft account but I couldn't get pass the Identification Verification at Step 2 during registration .
