How to sign up and play Korea GetAmped?

Well , I'm same as all of you here . Amazed by the accessories and exclusive outfits that only existed in GetAmped Korean server

So... any professionals here knows how to SignUp at WindySoft for a GetAmped Korean game account? Because currently I'm not in Korea , like most of you here , and can't even access their website

#I already downloaded and installed GetAmped Korea using my own ways of course :P If you're interested I can teach you . Now I just need the WindySoft account but I couldn't get pass the Identification Verification at Step 2 during registration .

Help is deeply appreciated^^ I'll give you 50 Gold Coins if you help me {:4_94:}
