There are few Face part that will get rid of those emotions, which is Ciecu Face set, and SP face
I'm not sure if GA that you using already got this stuffs or not ( it should support but the problem is i don't know that its buyable in your server or not.
I'm on japan server, Ciecu Face is rare and only usable for Female style, but for SP face they are sold in game for game money.
Each skin color got their own set of SP face, gotta look for it and use them.
edit it on program, like photoshop or anything, erase that eyes and mouth, make sure your backround is transparent, save as png file, upload it to getamped :)
