In my opinion, it appears a little blocky at the pants - though understandably enough, as your reference shows they're baggy at that point.. My main concern is how bright you made the shoes and his glove; they look like they go on a raincoat rather than a bad***, and it just doesn't fit Vincent. I would personally rather see them be darker in color. Also, you forgot to put some black on the metal glove, and I think the boots should show the lines on top of his boots better.

I have no complaints about the rest of this however. The hair especially looks nice.

and maybe in the next skin would like detail on the shoes too and the hand :)
