First of all, don't use a capital on every word -*- It's very annoying.
The maker if this skin is the thai skinmaker Janong, I see you cropped the body, face and hair parts?
These skins are not very hard to make yourself so create a more original one color it yourself and position the hair parts yourself too.

Because you've created this skin I'm pretty sure you know where to put the hair parts now, also please be more precise in positioning the hair, because this one is a little crappy.

Overall I'd say that you will be able to make skins with more practise, these aren't hard after all so give it a try and do your best
