no hair ??

I m new at site and just today I downloaded a couple of skins , with no hair !?!?!  why is that and how can I know which has or not hair ?

Your country's GetAmped probably is not that new as some of ours. Basically, most of the skins in this site, the hair is make with Dragon headgear which your server doesn't have. That's why when you load the skin, hair doesn't appear. I heard that if you load it to skin edit, it don't have hair but if you upload the skin to your character, hair will appear. So yeah. Do some research before asking.{:4_113:}

When you update your skin in the store you will see hair, because it is Dragon hair

Converted skin = a skin that is available for server with no dragon hair.

I did research before asking , but every time I type "skin" shows me a lots of skins to download or toutorials to do it , typing "hair" its similar : [Getamped skin] - Hair edit - Part 1 - YouTube ,GetAmped Skin Tutorial - Hair Edit 01 - KICK ASS Inc.   , thats why I asked here not because I m lazy

i dont realy understand wat u saying， so u mean if there is no hair， but if i upload，the hair will appear when u use it？ right？
