If I'm not wrong (If wrong don't bash please), skinmakers customize hairstyles for their skin with this headgear call dragon headgear or something. Which some servers doesn't have that headgear yet. So if those servers load non-converted skin, hair won't appear if you upload them. Converted skin is turn those skin hairstyle to appear in those server without the headgear when you upload them.

My explanation is confusing. So simply non-converted skin can be bald in some servers and admin turn those skins non-bald and final product of those non-bald skins is call converted skin and they will be the same skin as you expected it to be.{:4_113:}

some GA's can't use this skins, because don't have the right clothes, so the converted version, u can use them
