first things first, you all are truly idiots, second thing your english sucks, now i go to the point, RF is shut down because theyre looking for the hacker, and the hacker is responsible for cyber peace violation, if hes above 16 years old the maximum sanction is 2 months jail and/or 20.000 euro fine, if he gets judged with the Dutch law.
