Can't log in :(

Situation:
I try starting it up from the icon and it says "Downloading the latest file failed, If the network is too busy now, try it again later"
It has been saying that for a week.
Someone told me to hit enter 2 times to start game. I did that and now I have splash up, BUT, It has been saying "Resource checking for updates..." for like, 30 minutes now, What do I do? :(

maybe you try to update by launcher.exe
or restart your pc if your updating has been completed

if dont work

you will uninstall it and re-install
