Converted skin is for the server that don't have "Newyear dragon head" data.
Skin will work only in skin shop, not in skin editor.

And please don't sell them to anyone, They're free skin for share .

Now we cant check if it's dragon head or not.

In other words, the .hskin file is damaged and canoot be used at all

Also, how do you start making a dragon head skin? I have the head, but I don't know how to start
Could you make us a guide or something?

Now we  ...

for ".hskin" file, you can just change it's type to ".skin" by rename it , it'll work normally as normal skinfile.
( .hskin is for korean server to make the game know that which skin is HD skin. )

"Newyear dragon head" is just the bighead with tons of parts, the way to use it is not much different from other heads.

I think I don't have to make any tutorial for any heads.
I choose this head   cause I've checked it already that it can affort the character I chose.
That's why I can start use it with out trouble.

The things I want to tell you is not to choose the head before chosing your character.
And then you can start making skin without trouble.
